Processing time: 2-7 working days before ship out. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your item has been shipped. Most of the orders will be delivered in 7-20 days after shipping, Sometimes delivery time can take up to 30 days in peak season or customs hold. The customer must contact us immediately if there are any issues with the order. We allow up to 3 days after the customer has received the item (based on the date of delivery) to make return/exchange requests.
